The New Moon Ritual: The Rhythm Tea

Frequency: Monthly or around the New or Full Moon

What You’ll Need

  • New Moon Bloom tea

  • Candle or soft light

  • Moon calendar or simple visual

The Ritual

  1. Create a sacred tone
    Light a candle and say:
“This tea honors the rhythm of your body.”

  2. Introduce the infradian rhythm (gently)
    In simple language:
“Your body runs on a monthly rhythm, not a daily one. Some weeks you’ll have more energy, some weeks you’ll need more rest—and that’s wisdom, not weakness.”

  3. Body Wisdom Question
    Ask:

    • “What does your body want more of right now?”

    • “What does it want less of?”

  4. Sip in quiet
Allow silence. This phase welcomes stillness.

  5. Closing Blessing
    Say (or adapt):
    “May you trust your body.
May you rest when you need to.
May you shine when it’s time.”

What this teaches

  • Monthly rhythm = power

  • Rest is productive

  • Tea = self-honoring ritual
